FYI – Eucerin Cream

Hello everyone – We just learned that Eucerin, makers of the top eczema treating cream, manufactures their cream in a facility with NUTS!!! That is right, if you are treating your child’s eczema with Eucerin, you could be causing the symptoms!
A close friend of mine has a recently diagnosed peanut & egg child. His eczema wasn’t subsiding. She took him in for further testing because there had to be something more wrong with him. While talking to the doctor, they told her not to use Eucerin because it is cross-contaminated with nuts.
The packaging nor the website clearly states this information.

Instead of posting what most likely is erroneous hearsay, please post the source of the report against Eucerin.
To be honest, nearly ALL lotions, creams, etc… already contain chemicals that would cause your eyes to pop out if you read their MSDS (material safety data sheet) – go look up some of the ingredients in your shampoo, conditioner or tooth paste.. it will blow your mind. That being said, it’s simply because these products are NOT considered consumables and therefor DO NOT fall under the regulations of the FDA – even though the largest organ of your body is your SKIN!
