Food Allergy Friendly Colleges
Did anyone ever think they would see a post with this title? Recently, I received an email from WNY Food Allergy Connection linking me to an article by USA today http://www.usatoday.com/news/education/2010-02-16-IHEdormfoodallergies16_ST_N.htm giving us hope for our college bound FA kids! The Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) premiered its College Network website in October 2009! It highlights 40 colleges across about two dozen states.
The “cliff notes” version is to check out these “FA friendly” colleges: Brown University, College of the Holy Cross, Franklin and Marshall College, University of New Hampshire and the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
