Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

CleanOutThePantry.org (“Us,” “We,” or “Our) has developed this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) to encourage the responsible use of the Our website (“Service”) and identify unacceptable uses of the Service. The Service must be used in a manner that is consistent with Our intended purpose and may be used only for lawful purposes. You (“You” or “Your”) represent, warrant, and agree that You will comply with this AUP.

Unacceptable Uses of the Service

(ii) any data, text message, image, video, file, or other material that violates, dilutes, plagiarizes, misappropriates, or infringes the rights of any third party including, without limitation, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality obligation, right of privacy (You will not distribute any person’s personal information without that person’s express consent) or publicity, or any other proprietary right (please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Use for more details);

(iii) any data, text message, image, video, file, or other material that contains a virus, spyware, time bomb, worm, “Trojan horse,” bot, any automated use of the system (e.g. scripts), or other harmful component; or

(iv) any unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, petitions, or other solicitations of any kind.

(b) In addition to the foregoing, You agree not to:

(i) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;

(ii) engage in any illegal, disruptive, or destructive acts including, without limitation, “trolling,” “flaming,” “flooding,” or “spamming” (such terms have common meanings within the context of the internet);

(iii) solicit or collect personal data including telephone numbers, addresses, last names, or e-mail addresses of other users; or

(iv) provide any link to or web address of a website that contains material that would violate the terms of this AUP.
