Olivia’s passion is to help others enjoy the joys of healthy eating. She inspires them by sharing recipes that are both nutritious and satisfying, while also living a lifestyle free from illness or pain – just one way she believes food can make your life better!

A young woman with an eagerness for adventure has set out on her journey as something new unfolds before her every day: cooking classes at home; exploring foreign countries by foot (and bike); taking part in community outreach projects–all these things have inspired Olivia’s desire not only cook but share what we eat too which leads into bringing greater health awareness via blog posts like “5 reasons why you should start strength training”

Olivia has always been a people person. It started with being the go-to babysitter in her neighborhood and grew into becoming a camp counselor during her summers in college. After graduating, she realized that her true passion was working with people one-on-one and helping them achieve their goals. She became a certified personal trainer and then ventured into the world of nutrition where she found her true calling. Olivia now works as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and could not be happier!

In addition to being an RDN, Olivia is also a certified strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS).
